In a serene tea studio in Shanghai,
step into the poetic world of the Song Dynasty “Dian Cha” (Whisked Tea) —
the ancient tea art that inspired Japanese matcha.
You’ll learn to whisk tea powder into a silky foam, just like scholars did 1,000 years ago,
and then enjoy a guided tasting of five iconic Chinese teas,
each expressing a unique story of mountain, climate, and craftsmanship.
